Who can perform dermaplaning?

A beauty therapist trained to level 3, a semi-permanent make-up artist, a dentist/nurse/doctor.

What is the technique?

This technique is safely performed by using a specialized sterile surgical instrument. Once the skin is properly prepped, the technician holds the skin taut and gently planes the skin to remove the upper layer of dead skin and fine vellous hair.
